1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Co-Parenting Commander ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Co-Parenting Commander provides educational tools, templates, checklists, and video guidance for self-represented parents navigating Florida family court. The Service is organized into four phases covering case assessment, filing preparation, evidence organization, and hearing preparation.
3. Not Legal Advice
The Service provides general information and tools only. It does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for an attorney. You should consult with a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your situation.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Subscription Plans
Paid subscription plans (Basic, Premium, Elite) are billed annually. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained and accessible if you resubscribe.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service. We do not access, share, or sell your personal data or case information to third parties.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Co-Parenting Commander shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to outcomes of legal proceedings.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
